Sunday started out at 193 in the morning. Played football for 3 hours. Gone jogging 800m. 3KM Jog inside the village. 80 crunches 50 front 15 side to side. Woke up today 188 not bad but still not good enough. Will see what happens after futsal tonight.

Fat Sucks

Just finished playing futsal. I saw one of my teamates and she said that last Sunday while playing field football one of the boys said i'm super fat now. She also mentioned that it was also showing in the quality of my game. Most people noticed that I am not quick as I used to be. I guess i am a Ronaldo in the making sucks! Oh well have to wake up at 5 to go jogging. It's never too late to start!

Imagine 2 times a week I play futsal. Sunday I play field football. Eveyday I do crunches. I do not eat rice that much and despite of that I am still gaining weight.

I think I am deaf

It's weird but honestly I think I am going deaf. On several instances, I can barely make out what someone is saying when engaged in a conversation. I just end up nodding or smiling as if understanding what someone just said. It also scares me cuz I read somewhere that once you hear a ringing sound in your ear for no reason at all, it means you are turning deaf. This happened to me more than once so I guess a doctors appointment should be in the near feature.

I do remember being called a liar cause I do not update my blog so here are some funny/weird/crazy/causal things I observed while I was in Singapore. With this entry hopefully the name calling would finally stop. Oh yah metropimpin is currently on hold thanks to Jumbo and Din Tai Fung as BA says "crap" you bloodyasshole

*A typical Jumbo dinner would usually be composed of the following 1 Sweet and Sour Shrimp 1 Medium Chili Crab 10 Pieces fried bun 4-10 glasses of cold water 8 sheets of tissue and 1000 crabs shell pieces flying all over. Oh yeah did I forget to mention we were only 2 ^_^ TBC

For the past number of years around this time of the year I always tell myself that starting next year I will focus on dieting. 4 years have already passed and sad to say I still weigh around the same range I used to way 2 years ago. I am not a thin boy to start things out. Currently I am around 190 pounds which is way too damn heavy for a 5'8 guy. This blog entry is the official start to my 4 month project that I call "stoned out". During the next 4 months of my life, I will dedicate each day exercising and dieting until I do reach my ideal weight of 150. I will do my best to update my blog to share my meals for the day as well as my exercise routine on route to my metropimpin goal.

Orchard Wonderland
Hanging around Orchard road was a canvass in itself. You had your weird folks walking with "labas pwet" teens strolling around not caring if anyone was actually starring at them. Imagine Paris Hilton in the Simple Life, yep that's how they were dressed.
